We offer digital classes with and without equipment. Details can be found on each class card under "EQUIPMENT".  

Classes without equipment include:

  • HIIT: bodyweight based High Intensity Interval Training
  • Strength: bodyweight training
  • Bootcamp: circuits of bodyweight and cardio exercises 
  • Running: outdoor running
  • Meditation 

Classes with equipment include: 

  • Yoga: yoga mat, blocks, straps
  • Gym equipment: Treadmill
  • Strength: weights (e.g., dumb bells, kettle bells)
  • Cycling: indoor/spin bike
  • Rowing: rowing machine/ergo
